Attached is a photograph of a pick up van used to convey rice and textlile materials to voters of Nimo Ward 1 and 3 in Njikoka Local Government Area by "madam re-branding" Prof Dora Akunyili, Governor Peter Obi and Barrister Peter Afuba, the Commissioner for Lands in Anambra State and former Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association Onitsha Branch.
It was Afuba who got the results of the 2 wards cancelled because he could not deliver 100% of votes cast. The rerun has given him an opportunity to bribe every family in Nimo 1 and 3 with 5 bags of rice, N50,000 cash, 5 bundles of textile materials. Meanwhile the courts,state hospitals and maternities in Anambra State remained under lock and key on account of State government's inability to pay the salaries and allowances of the judiciary and medical personnel.and former Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association Onitsha Branch.
