3 Dead As Bomb Explodes At PDP Rally In Niger State

Police sources have told Naija News Desk that three (3) persons are confirmed dead after an explosion at a rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Suleija, Niger state.

The rally had been organized by the state PDP with the aim of subverting a similar rally scheduled for the state by  the Congress For Progressive Change (CPC).

Police sources told Naija News Desk that, in addition to the casualties, there are also 19 injured people who have been hospitalized.

Representatives of former military general  and the presidential candidate of the CPC, Muhammad Buhari, told Naija News Desk that the candidate was on his way to a rally at taking place at the Minna Polo Ground in Minna, the state capital after visiting traditional rulers in the area.
