NFF receives huge volume of applications from foreign coaches.

One of those who applied is the former coach of Senegal's team, Bruno Metsu
The Chairman, Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Chris Green says the committee has received a large number of applications from foreigners who are interested in coaching the Super Eagles.
Green, who disclosed this on Brilla fm earlier today, refused to mention the names of the foreigners. He however said the new coach will be announced tomorrow, and is expected to be in charge of the Eagles in the international friendly matches against Botswana on November 12, and against Zambia on November 15.
“At this moment, quite a number of foreign coaches have submitted their applications and we are going to look at their profiles thoroughly before we announce the best candidate for the Eagles’ job. We know the type of coach we want and I believe that we will give Nigerians the best that can take our football to the next level,” he said.
It was gathered that some of the foreign coaches who showed interest in taking over from sacked coach Samson Siasia are former Senegalese team coach, Bruno Metsu; current Kaduna United boss, Maurice Cooreman, a Belgian; and former Egyptian team coach, Hassan Shehata.
