Tade Ogidan sets family on fire.


Respected Nollywood director and producer, Tade Ogidan reputed for classics such as ‘Hostages’, ‘Diamond Ring’, ‘Owo Blow’ ‘Dangerous Twins’ ‘AyaMi Owon’ amongst other films is back with another blockbuster, ‘Family on Fire.”
The movie, shot on locations in London, is a family-centered story about greed and drug trade. It also seeks to expose the rots in family values.

Those who have been privileged to see the movie describe it as “a campaign against the desecration of our family values.”
Starring in the movie are ace Nollywood stars like Segun Arinze, Lanre Hassan, Shola Shobowale, Sola Fosudu, Sahid Balogun and many other stars.
Speaking to a select audience after a preview session held at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry(LCCI), Ikeja, during the week, Tade Ogidan, described his movie as ‘a vehicle to promoting good family values in our society.’
He enjoined corporate bodies and government institutions to endeavour to support the imports of the movie, stressing that the “family is the focus in this movie and bringing up children the right way is the main message. The movie showed in details the extreme of what can happen when the opposite is the case.
“All responsible corporate and government institutions must support the spread of this vital message. We must all encourage families and our communities to groom Nigerian/African children into responsible adults. This way, our communities and society at large will become a better place from generation to generation.”
Ogidan said, he plans to take the movie to the grassroots adding that “in a couple of weeks from now, the movie will be specially screened in Nigeria”.
The movie produced by OGD pictures in collaboration with DJA Media premiered in London last month.
